Background

Dr. Cahit Ağaoğlu works as an Of Counsel for GEMS Schindhelm since 2018.

Dr. Cahit Ağaoğlu graduated from Izmir Dokuz Eylül University in 2003 and obtained L.L.M. degree from Jean Moulin University, Lyon in 2005. Afterwards, he completed his PhD with his “Arbitration on Merger and Acquisition” thesis in Queen Mary Law Faculty, London.

Dr. Cahit Ağaoğlu is assistant professor for International Private Law at the Law School of Beykent University Istanbul.

He is a member of the Istanbul Bar since 2005.
