Background
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław.
After graduating from law school, she completed her legal training at the Wrocław Bar Association. Since 2010, she has been registered as attorney-at-law at the Wrocław Bar Association.
Since 2008, she has been cooperating with the law firm SDZLEGAL Schindhelm. She is a member of the public procurement and waste management team and advises Polish and foreign entities primarily in the area of environmental law, administrative law, commercial contract law. She has worked with both public and private sector entities, including companies in the construction, waste and automotive sectors. She is the author of publications on environmental law and administrative law.

In the field of waste management, the activities of mec. Magdalena Przydróżna-Urbanowicz concern in particular the following areas:
- legal assistance in obtaining and amending the necessary permits and permissions (including those issued under the Waste Act and the Environmental Protection Law), representation before administrative authorities and courts;
- audit of administrative decisions in the field of environmental protection;
- representing clients during inspections, in particular those carried out by the authorities of the Environmental Protection Inspection;
- advising on the implementation of investments involving, inter alia, the construction, expansion or modernisation of waste processing facilities;
- legal assistance in procedures involving the loss of waste status and recognition of an object or substance as a by-product;
- transboundary movement of waste
