Background
Tomasz Dąbrowski has been working with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since March 2016. He published a number of articles in trade journals. He also gained his professional experience at the SCHINDHELM office in Shanghai.
Tomasz Dąbrowski graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław with two Master’s degrees – economics (financial markets) and law. He holds a doctorate in law and is the author of publications on EU commercial law.
Tomasz Dąbrowski advises Polish and foreign companies primarily in the field of public procurement, as well as in environmental and construction law.
He provides legal services for leading companies operating in Poland and abroad, which includes preparation of opinions and legal information, elaboration of pleadings and verification of tenders prepared in procurement proceedings. He advises entities on international investment issues, in particular between EU and Chinese companies.
