Background
Veronica Leirich has been practising as an attorney at Schindhelm in Osnabrück since 2025.
After completing her studies with a focus on international private law, she worked as a research assistant at a mid-sized law firm. During her legal clerkship, she completed her elective placement in the employment law department of an internationally active media group.
Veronica Leirich advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. She has extensive experience in managing dismissal protection proceedings, drafting employment contracts and company regulations, and advising on corporate restructuring.
Another focus of her practice is the strategic employment law support of restructuring and transaction projects.
