Background
Arndt-Berthold von Bischopink has worked as a lawyer at Schindhelm Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Osnabrück since 2008. After gaining approval to practise as a lawyer in 2002, he worked in two Osnabrück-based law firms as a company lawyer as well as in a company that implemented projects in the area of renewable energies.
After gaining his general qualification for university entrance (“Abitur”) and completing two years’ training as a reserve officer, Arndt-Berthold von Bischopink studied law at the universities in Bielefeld, Freiburg and Münster. His First State Examination in Law in 1999 was followed by an internship at Osnabrück district Higher Regional Court and studies at the German University of Administrative Sciences (DHV) in Speyer, which were completed with the Second State Examination in Law in 2002.

Arndt-Berthold von Bischopink represents in particular SMEs throughout Germany before all civil courts, with the exception of the Federal Court of Justice. All fields of commercial law are covered here. He has years of forensic experience. He also draws up and reviews contracts, primarily those under sales law, e.g. trade representative or dealer agreements and also supply contracts, cooperation agreements, etc.
