Background
Kinga Słomka has been an attorney-at-law in the Commercial Contracts and Real Estate Department at SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since November 2014.
From 2009 to 2014, she was associated with a renowned law firm of attorneys and legal advisers in Krakow, where she dealt with civil law, administrative law, labour law, as well as Polish and EU competition law and issues of state aid for entrepreneurs. She is a graduate of full-time law studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. She completed her attorney-at-law training and was registered as attorney-at-law by the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Wrocław. She also provides training for entrepreneurs in the field of law, including EU law.
In 2018, she completed postgraduate studies in public aid conducted by the Warsaw School of Economics.
She has been a Partner at the firm since July 2020.

She advises Polish and foreign entities in the area of civil law - mainly contract law with particular focus on international trade and administrative law, including primarily construction and spatial management law. She supports investments at every stage of their execution, from planning to negotiating and concluding contracts, to executing binding contracts. She has experience in energy-related projects, including investment processes for wind farms.
She represents clients in court disputes in the field of spatial management, in particular related to compensation for the adoption or amendment of local spatial development plans.
In addition, she has extensive experience in public aid issues and is the author of numerous legal opinions on the subject.
She completed postgraduate studies in public aid at the Warsaw School of Economics [Szkoła Główna Handlowa].
She is one of the regular authors who publishes articles on RES topics in the monthly magazine "Energia i Recykling".

- drafting and reviewing contracts, in particular business-to-business and business-to-consumer contracts

- drawing up legal opinions on civil law, administrative law, Polish and EU competition law and state aid for entrepreneurs.
