Contracts are the basis of all entrepreneurial activity. The negotiation and legal formulation of contracts on the basis of domestic law in Romania not only secures the company’s own legal position; it facilitates the enforcement of the resulting claims in the first place.

At the same time we can arrange contracts for you, where it is useful, outside of Romanian law on the basis of international regulations.
